Ironclad Builders was founded by Anthony Harding and Pedro Schmidt with a simple idea: build a company that reflects how we work direct, disciplined, adaptable, and committed to quality. Coming from athletic backgrounds and high-performance environments, we understand what it means to prepare, compete, and execute under pressure. Today, we bring that same mindset into every client relationship and every project we take on.

Anthony leads with a business first mindset and a strong focus on relationships, communication, and growth. His background in business development helps Ironclad Builders identify opportunities, support clients, and move projects forward with clarity and professionalism. As a former college soccer player who also pursued the professional level, Anthony brings competitiveness, consistency, and team-oriented leadership to the company.
Co-Founder / CEO
Pedro leads the technical side of Ironclad Builders as a full-stack engineer and AI engineer. He designs and builds websites, software systems, internal tools, and modern digital solutions that help businesses operate and grow. As a former college football player who also pursued professional opportunities, Pedro brings a builder’s mentality, resilience, and high execution standards to every project.
